Here are some frequently asked questions regarding Shipping.

How are the plants shipped?

All stock is sent bare rooted or soil-less with a label and potting instructions with packaging suitable for water plants and garden plants.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are sent within 2 to 10 days and sent on Mondays and Tuesdays via Express Post with Australia Post. All orders must be paid for prior to Monday for delivery that week, otherwise orders will be withheld until the following week.
We will inform you of any late deliveries.

Where do you ship to?

We only ship to Queensland, NSW, Victoria and South Australia.
We are unable to send to WA, TAS and NT due to Quarantine inspections.
We do not ship outside Australia.

How much is shipping/postage?

We use Australia Post, (Express Post) fees will vary according to size and quantity.

2  to 5 items                    Postage: $21.00 3kg

6 – 15 items                    Postage: $32.85 5kg

16  items & above            Postage: Please call for price

We guarantee that your orders are sent in the best condition before it leaves our premises.
We will take no responsibility for any damage or loss provoked by the carrier or post.

How can I order?

Orders can be made through our online shop or if you would like an all ready established potted and advanced plant, please contact your local nursery (check our stockist list) and you can place your order through your local Nursery.

Please bare in mind that we may not necessary have the particular plant you are after in pots and we will need to pot them and grow them on.

What if we run out of stock?

Any stock shortages or some unforeseen reason we cannot supply the plant you have ordered, we will contact you to discuss an alternative.

Can I get a refund?

All our plants are shipped with written instructions on how to plant them. Suncoast Tropicals takes all the care and sends out their stock in prime condition.

Suncoast Tropicals must be informed within 24hours of receipt of goods by email with supporting photos documenting why the goods require refunding or exchange. Failure to notify Suncoast Tropicals within this timescale will result in refusal of refund or exchange except in some specific circumstances.

Once you have potted and placed our pond plant or plants into your pond, we have no idea about what your environment is like and the quality of your water or what chemicals you may place in your water. This applies to our garden plants planted into your garden or in pots. Again we do not know what your environment is like and the quality of your soil or what chemicals you have used. All our plants are shipped with written instructions on how to plant them.

Postage will not be included in refunds.
