Shipping Information

Here are some frequently asked questions regarding Shipping.

All stock is sent bare rooted or soil-less with a label and potting instructions with packaging suitable for water plants.

Yes you can pick up directly from our Nursery. We will contact you to let you know when the plants will be ready for you to pick up.

Orders are sent within 2 to 7 days and sent on Mondays and Tuesdays for interstate orders or Wednesday for local orders to ensure delivery that week.
We will inform you of any late deliveries.

We only ship to Queensland, NSW, Victoria and South Australia.
We are unable to send to WA, TAS and NT due to Quarantine inspections.
We do not ship outside Australia.

We use Australia Post, (Express Post) fees will vary according to size and quantity.

1  item                             Postage: $15.00 ½ kg

2  to 5 items                    Postage: $20.00 3kg

6 – 15 items                    Postage: $31.85 5kg

16  items & above            Postage: Please call for price

We guarantee that your orders are sent in the best condition before it leaves our premises.
We will take no responsibility for any damage or loss provoked by the carrier or post.

Retail Customers: Orders can be made through our online shop or if you would like an all ready potted and advanced plant, contact your local nursery for availability and you can place your order through them.

Please bear in mind that we may not necessary have the particular plant you are after in pots and will need to pot them and grow them on. This may take 4-6 weeks in the growing season (From September to March - for Water lillies or Lotus) from time of ordering.

Wholesale Customers: Please call us for our current availability list. (Must be associated within the Nursery Industry, and provide us with your ABN number to be eligible for Wholesale Price.)

Any stock shortages or some unforeseen reason we cannot supply the plant you have ordered, we will contact you to discuss an alternative.

All our plants are shipped with written instructions on how to plant them. Suncoast Tropicals takes all the care and sends out their stock in prime condition.

Suncoast Tropicals must be informed within 24hours of receipt of goods by email with supporting photos documenting why the goods require refunding or exchange. Failure to notify Suncoast Tropicals within this timescale will result in refusal of refund or exchange except in some specific circumstances.

Once you have potted and placed our plant into your pond, we have no idea about what your environment is like and the quality of your water or what chemicals you may place in your water. All our plants are shipped with written instructions on how to plant them.

Postage will not be included in refunds.

We recommend payment be made with secured PayPal or payment can be made with your Credit Card, Visa or MasterCard or Direct Deposit.
